Shipping policy

Spenix LLC ships orders across the United States and to selected international destinations available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Processing time is additional. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather, holidays and high-demand periods may affect timing.

Shipping costs

U.S. Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. For orders below $50, other shipping methods and international orders, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Rates depend on the order, destination and selected service.

For U.S. orders below $50, Economy shipping costs $4.90 up to 5 lb and $19.90 over 5 lb up to 70 lb. Standard shipping costs $6.90 up to 1 lb and $9.90 over 1 lb up to 5 lb. Available options depend on the shipment. Any applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment.
